5. Email Verification (OTP)
When you submit the contact form, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to your email address to verify ownership. This OTP expires within 5 minutes and is not stored after successful verification.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access personal data processed about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten)
- Withdraw consent at any time
